Dads & Donuts
A welcoming starting point for fathers and positive male role models to connect with one another, engage with schools, and turn visible support into meaningful action.
Dads & Donuts is the flagship program of Present Fathers Initiative. Its work is organized around four pathways:

At Beecher Hills, adults can express interest in reading, morning welcomes, school events, mentoring, and sharing their skills or experience. Specific roles depend on school approval and access requirements.

Through the PFI School Partnership Model, we work with schools to create meaningful ways for fathers and positive male role models to connect, serve, mentor, and lead in support of students and school priorities.
Our first school implementation is Dads & Donuts at Beecher Hills Elementary in Atlanta. Each school’s opportunities and requirements are shaped with its leadership.
PFI is building a repeatable approach for future school partnerships, with broader growth guided by what we learn and measure.
